38kV Pole-Mounted Automatic Circuit Recloser
ZWM-38/800-16
38kV Pole-mounted automatic circuit recloser has three poles and permeant magnetic actuator. It is designed and tested according to standard IEC62271-111, mainly for 38kV distribution network to interrupt the short circuit and earthing false. Its breaking time is shorter than 10ms, which meets the demand of grade difference protection as high-speed switch. It can interconnect with the main station to realize distribution network automation, together with intelligent feeder terminal unit.38kV Pole-Mounted Automatic Circuit Recloser

In the 27kV pole-mounted automatic circuit recloser, we encapsulate the vacuum interrupter, main circuit live parts, high-accuracy voltage and current sensors, and high voltage pickup capacitors inside the cycloaliphatic-epoxy poles, based on decades of experience in solid insulation technology, eliminating all the partial discharge problems. The poles can pick up the voltage or current signals from power source side and secondary side at the same time, also the capacitor can power supply the intelligent electronic device (IED).
The three phases of the automatic circuit recloser are driven by independent magnetic mechanism respectively, which reduces dispersion, responding more timely and breaking more accurately. The breaking time is shorter than 10ms. The recloser is equipped with electrical latching and manual open handle, which latch electrically and manually the closing when the breaking handle is placed in the open position. A mechanical counter is installed at the bottom of the switch for counting the number of switch operations.
